Job Context:
∎ ERED TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED requires Zonal Project Coordinators for their ICT Training Centers under "Sheikh Kamal IT Training & Incubation center Project", Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, ICT Division.
∎ Phase-1 (03 Months) - English Language Course & British Council Certification
∎ Phase-2 (03 Months) - ICT Courses & Government Approved Certification
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trainee application processing and complete Trainee admission process.
∎ Regular Communications with Trainers, Trainees and Project Management Team.
∎ Identify issue & Maintain issue list and solve Training Center related issues within deadline.
∎ Daily class monitor and report submission to management.
∎ Daily Refreshment Management of Training Centers.
∎ Assist in maintaining Quality Parameters of the Training Centers.
∎ Arrange Admission program, Orientation program, Training Materials Distribution program, Scheduled Examination program, Certification program.
∎ Collecting information of weak and irregular Trainees of each batch to follow for development.
∎ Maintain proper database for all academic matter according to need.
∎ Liaison with all authorities (Local Administration, Local project Authority, ICT Division etc.).
∎ Manage Protocols of authority's visit.
∎ Regular Reporting as required by Project Management Office.
∎ Assist Project Management Team in any other works as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English and Bengali.
∎ IELTS (Minimum Score 6.5) [Not mandatory].
∎ Previous experience with Training Institutes/Centers.
∎ Good at MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point.
∎ Teaching Experience in courses such as English Language/IELTS, Web Design, Web Application Development, Graphics Design, Digital Marketing, SEO etc.
∎ Able to coordinate and work effectively in groups.
