Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve secondary target
∎ Achieve coverage target
∎ Achieve productivity target
∎ Sales force development
∎ Distribution management
∎ Manage key retailers
∎ Well groomed, good interpersonal communication skill and ability to work under sales pressure & in a team
∎ Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services
∎ Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have 3 to 5 years practical experience in same industry (lighting business) or FMCG and distribution business.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required
∎ Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet
∎ Report on market progress and individual customer performance
∎ Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the assigned Territory
