Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to manage multiple data processing projects consisting of large team.
∎ Thorough understanding of project. Extensive training will be provided to candidates.
∎ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions.
∎ Join meetings and conference calls with overseas clients on short notice.
∎ Set goals, monitor productivity of team members.
∎ Possess enough analytical and managerial skills to manage turnaround time set by client.
∎ Identify the training needs of team members, focus on key improvement area.
∎ Closely monitor attendance and productivity of team members.
∎ This position requires long working hours and work in the evening.
∎ Should have ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
∎ Must be dependable and trustful to all business confidential matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
∎ Knowledge of other computer languages and /or operating systems in addition to MS Office is a plus
