Program Overview

We are looking for 4 motivated Trainee Key Account Managers to join our team in a structured 4-month training program.

📌 Program Structure:

• Month 1: Virtual training (Technical + Operational)

• Post Month 1: Performance evaluation

• Final Selection: Top 2 candidates will continue for the remaining 3 months based on performance, learning ability, and commitment

This program is designed to groom future professionals in:
Cloud concepts, DevOps basics, customer handling, and product operations.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and system workflows

• Assist in handling customer support tickets in a professional Key Account Manager manner

• Learn CMS management and company product workflows

• Support documentation, reporting, and client communication

• Collaborate with technical and support teams during training

Requirements

• BSc in CSE, Software Engineering, or related field

• Basic understanding and interest in DevOps & Cloud infrastructure

• Familiarity with tools like:

  • Jira

  • Slack

  • QuickBooks

• Willingness to learn customer support handling as a Key Account Manager

• Interest in learning CMS and company products

• Strong learning mindset & good communication skills
