Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop creative and impactful visual designs for a variety of communication materials, including brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
∎ Ensure all design elements adhere to the university's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.
∎ Work closely with the Office of the Chief Innovation Officer to understand project requirements and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with writers, photographers, and other team members to create integrated and visually appealing content.
∎ Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the university's visual identity.
∎ Design multimedia elements such as infographics, presentations, and videos to enhance the university's online and offline presence.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Demonstrate expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
∎ Stay updated on emerging design technologies and tools.
∎ Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ Professional Course/s in Graphic Design.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
