Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills and daily cash transactions and posting to accounting software/QuickBooks.
∎ In-depth knowledge on Journal Entry is mandatory
∎ Prepare monthly VAT return and TDS chalan.
∎ Prepare salary sheet with comparing related records & documents.
∎ Petty Cash bill voucher check.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial information.
∎ Monitoring of Cash flow & Fund flow.
∎ Strong competency in MS Word, MS-Excel, typing, operation of e-mail.
∎ Require to visit North-Bengal as required by the Management.
∎ Any other activities as & when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ ACCA part 1 complete also encouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
