∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Solid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe InDesign Experience in video editing software.
∎ Strong understanding of the theory and aesthetics of graphics creation, color correction and audio mixing.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Time and resource management skills. Ability to learn fast and take direction.
∎ Application from eligible candidates who has minimum 01 to 02 years experience with similar job (Graphics Designer) - (Advertising Agency / Real Estate).
∎ The candidate must have excellent command over Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe InDesign.
∎ This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design graphics for digital and print media (including social media, website, newsletters, etc.).
∎ Develop brochures for the organization (including project and corporate brochures).
∎ Design graphics for all site branding concepts.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign materials.
∎ Ensure brand guidelines are followed.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
∎ Stay updated with design trends and tools and use them in graphics content creation.
∎ Design sales collateral’s, gift items, and all printing materials.
∎ Research industry trends, international trends, competitors, etc., to develop organizational visuals.
∎ Assist all organizational photography and subsequent photo-editing.
∎ Assist in sales and land presentation making.
