Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc./ B.E. (Electrical/ Mechanical) from any recognized Engineering University
∎ Freshers who graduated not more than 2 years ago from the date of application.
∎ Skills Required: Electrical/ Electronics, Installation and Maintenance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Escalator/Elevator/Lift
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and execute the periodic preventive maintenance, repair, audit schedule & annual inspection for the elevators & escalators.
∎ To keep the customer satisfied by providing quality service.
∎ To arrange and to attend the call back in minimum response and down time
∎ Identify the root cause of trouble & call back and take corrective action
∎ Frequent site visit and having a good relationship with customers and solving their issues & pending works.
∎ Carrying out monthly inspections in the aspect of quality
∎ Monitoring route maintenance team
∎ Forecasting the maintenance materials for the elevators and placing the order to the local office
∎ Allocating various routes to the technicians to carry out periodic service of the elevators
∎ Organize the monthly report, and time ticket collection. Planning and executing for fixing the safety items for old units . Planning and closing the safety observation from safety patrol .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants with elevator/escalator related experience are preferred
