• Hands-on experience in Bangladesh e-GP tendering system (mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of international tendering/bidding platforms

• Strong understanding of construction and supply chain processes

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation

• Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

• Good Command in Bijoy Keyboard (Bangla Typing)

• 2-4 years of relevant experience (flexible based on skills)

• Identify, analyze, and participate in Bangladesh Government (e-GP) and local private tenders

• Search and apply for international tenders (UN agencies, NGOs, overseas projects, foreign buyers)

• Prepare complete tender/bid documents (technical & financial proposals)

• Perform BOQ analysis, rate calculation, and cost estimation (construction & supply)

• Ensure timely submission of tenders through e-GP and international platforms

• Handle export-import documentation (LC, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, HS code, customs process)

• Communicate with local and international clients via email, calls, and meetings

• Coordinate with suppliers/contractors for quotation collection and price negotiation

• Explore new markets and generate business opportunities/projects

• Track tender results and manage post-bid follow-up and negotiation
