∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: MS Office, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing large amounts of outbound calls.
∎ Generating sales leads.
∎ Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
∎ Answering questions about products or the company.
∎ Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner, handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
∎ Going the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
∎ Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Target achieving mentality.
∎ Previous experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role will get preference.
∎ Enthusiasm and passion for completing the assigned task.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
