* Basic Computer ও Internet ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
* Target-oriented কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
* Sales করার strong interest থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
* Customer-দের ফোনে Product সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত information দেওয়া।
* Inbound ও Outbound calls handle করা।
* Customer-এর প্রয়োজন ও সমস্যা বুঝে appropriate Product suggest করা।
* Customer-এর প্রশ্ন ও objections professionally handle করা।
* Interested Customer-কে Order Confirm করানো।
* Pending ও interested Customer-দের নিয়মিত Follow-up করা।
* প্রতিদিনের Sales Target achieve করার চেষ্টা করা।
* Customer information ও Order details সঠিকভাবে update করা।
* Sales performance-এর daily report প্রদান করা।
* Team Leader/Sales Head-এর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা।
