Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Education: SSC, O Level, HSC, A Level, Bachelor/Honors
∎ Previous experience in telemarketing, B2B sales or MCA is a plus but not mandatory
∎ Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent communication and sales closing skills
∎ Fluent in English (Speaking & Listening)
∎ Good behavior and professional attitude
∎ Ability to work night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Bangladesh Time)
∎ Make outbound calls to USA/Canada customers, following communication scripts
∎ Understand customer needs, provide solutions or alternatives
∎ Sell services / products over the phone as per the instructions provided.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Rivo BPO is looking for Telemarketing Executives to join our team for a USA-based B2B campaign. If you have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you! Prior experience is a plus, but not required—we will provide the necessary training!
