Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting up First Counselling appointments and send reminders
∎ Answer incoming calls and provide necessary information.
∎ Promoting SI-UK products and services to students
∎ Monitor daily leads and conduct an initial assessment.
∎ Assign potential leads to senior counsellors based on study destinations.
∎ Ensure timely follow-ups and engagement with prospective students.
∎ Increase office walk-ins by scheduling student appointments.
∎ Make targeted calls to invite students to SI-UK events and ensure
∎ attendance.
∎ Hit event attendance targets through strategic engagement.
∎ Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
∎ Track lead progression and report insights to the team.
