Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Tele Sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our courses and close sales.
∎ Handle Inquiries: Manage and respond to customer queries from different social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Drive Engagement: Build relationships with customers through personalized communication, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Social Media Support: Assist in managing customer interactions on social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.

∎ Qualifications: Comfortable with Phone Communication: Must be at ease making and receiving sales calls.

This role is pivotal in driving our growth by managing customer inquiries, handling sales calls, and engaging with prospects across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating over the phone, possess a strong understanding of customer needs, and be ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
