∎ As a Technical Writer will collaborate with the Project Manager, Business and Data Analysts, and other team members, as well as other stakeholders to document and maintain requirements, procedures, processes, and other related content in an Agile/Scrum team environment. The candidate must demonstrate superior writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Workplace-Work at Corporate office in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce high-quality content that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its
∎ intended audience
∎ Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
∎ Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards. Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
∎ Gather and analyze performance data and wrap up reporting
∎ Translation of existing content between English and Thai
∎ Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage.
∎ Integrate keywords into your strategy and evaluate the effectiveness
∎ Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer
∎ Creative thinker with excellent Thai and English skills, both written and spoken
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills, experience writing for a B2B business or tech company preferred
∎ Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
∎ Strategic thinker with a strong grasp on culture and the ability to identify long-term opportunities and trends
∎ Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
∎ Ability to manage tasks simultaneously and collaborate with other team members.
∎ Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Salary:
∎ Salary range BDT 15,000 to BDT 25,000 (Based on experience)
