Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in CSE, Graphic Design, or a related field.
∎ More than 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or related role.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered design solutions, and attention to detail.
∎ Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices.
∎ Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
∎ Familiarity with front-end development concepts and the ability to collaborate closely with developers.
∎ Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to approach design challenges with innovation.
∎ A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Product design, UIUX Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and iterate on digital products that align with business goals and user needs.
∎ Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.
∎ Develop user-centered design solutions while considering user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices.
∎ Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
∎ Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, and integrate findings into design decisions.
∎ Translate complex ideas and requirements into user-friendly designs that balance aesthetics and functionality.
∎ Advocate for design excellence, consistency, and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
∎ Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the seamless transition from design to implementation.
∎ Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry advancements to continually enhance design capabilities.
∎ Participate in design critiques, feedback sessions, and brainstorming activities to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
