Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The job starts with understanding the editing instructions of clients
∎ Assigning jobs as per the expertise of team members
∎ Monitor production and maintain deadlines for all submissions
∎ Do the final retouching and quality inspection of all images in the shift
∎ Upload the work in the server
∎ Maintain and ensure timely attendance of all team members in the shift
∎ Manage absenteeism of the employees in the shift
∎ Run on-the-job training to continuously develop the skills of team members
