∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certificate on Graphic Design from Graphic Design Institute
∎ Skills Required: Graphics Design, Leadership and Good Communication skill.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator

Job Context:
∎ - Permanent position
∎ - Should be able to work in any shift
∎ - Must have 5 years of Production Manager experience at an outsourced graphic design company
∎ - Must be good in English to understand clients` specific job requirements and delegate them to the team accordingly
∎ - Pleasant personality to achieve team`s full potential

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Schedule and supervise daily workload
∎ - Make sure the deadlines are regularly met
∎ - Ensure super quality finish on each and every work of clients
∎ - Train graphic designers to enhance their skills
∎ - Final inspection and touchups on the work done by the team
∎ -

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
