∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma/ Training/ Certification in Graphics Design or Photo Editing or Adobe Application will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Graphics Design, Photo Editing, Adobe Applications
∎ Training/Trade Course: Graphics Design,Adobe Photoshop,Photo Editing
∎ Skills Required: Creative Design, Ecommerce Image Editing, Graphics Design, Image manipulation, Photo Retouching, Strong communication skills , Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules
∎ Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
∎ Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements.
∎ Regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production.
∎ Divide responsibilities and tasks across the team to make production more efficient.
∎ Resolve any problem that occurs.
∎ Evaluate performances and constantly improvise practices
∎ Meet the deadlines and work quality as the client wanted
∎ Ability to work under a tight schedule
∎ Willing to do extra work and submit the work on time
∎ Must have to do work on a shifting basis [morning and evening shift]
∎ Must have working experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience as Shift In-charge minimum 5 years
∎ Must have experience using (Skype, WhatsApp, or other platforms)
∎ Must have knowledge of (Google sheets, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel)
∎ Good leadership and team management skills
∎ Descent skill in reading and writing English and Bangla
∎ Highly skilled in graphic design and photo editing using Adobe Applications
Salary:
