∎ Strong knowledge of Photoshop and other image editing tools.·

∎ Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.·
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.·
∎ Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

∎ Ensure the timely delivery of projects.·
∎ Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to team members to maintain high-quality standards.·
∎ Coordinate with other departments to meet client requirements and deadlines.·
∎ Monitor workflow and optimize processes to enhance productivity.·
∎ Ensure adherence to project specifications and client expectations.·
∎ Conduct quality control checks on completed work and implement improvement strategies.·
∎ Lead performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development for team members.·
∎ Handle resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
