∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore and prepare a list of potential land purchasers , both institutional as well as individual within or outside Bangladesh
∎ Contact and pursue prospective land sale with such buyers with prior approval of the company management.
∎ Arrange meetings between prospective customers and the Company Management.
∎ Brief prospective customers on the full set of legal documents pertaining to title and and nature of the property on sale.
∎ With approval of the company, provide copies of documentation on the property to the prospective buyer , answer to any queries the buyer may have and arrange any additional document if required with support from the Company’s legal Dept.
∎ Arrange land visit by the prospective buyer and accompany the buyer for such visit.
∎ Maintain close liaison with the Admin Dept of the company to ensure proper boundary demarcation of such land property prior to any customer visit.
∎ Collect and provide all prior information on the prospective buyer and provide these to the company management before any meeting between the buyer and the company.
∎ Coordinate meeting between the Legal Dept. of the Company and the lawyer/ Legal Dept. of the Buyer during the process of any sale negotiation.
∎ Maintaining updated set of legal documentation copies relating to each of the property on sale
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on basic land ownership documentation
∎ Strong Negotiation skill with solid professional integrity
∎ Hardworking, proactive and strong sense of persuasion
∎ Strict principle in maintain confidentiality of information particularly relating to price, negotiation terms and any arrangement agreed with buyer.
Salary: Negotiable
