Job Responsibilities:
∎ BAIUST solicits applications for the post of Teaching Assistant (Statistics) under the Dept. of Business Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
∎ Teach undergraduate courses that meet the curricular needs of the university with particular emphasis on fundamental education in all areas of Statistics.
∎ Ensure that teaching content is appropriately informed by current research.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues in the continuous review and development of the Department's programs.
∎ Work in accordance with University policies and procedures to undertake assessment of students' work.
∎ To contribute to research through high quality publications.
∎ Carry out specific departmental roles and functions as may reasonably be required.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the University Authority.
