- Residential Campus Option: Male candidates have the option to stay and perform duties at the TESOL BANGLADESH RESIDENTIAL CAMPUS at Mohammadpur Pronunciation
- Skills: Must have BBC or CNN standard pronunciation.
- Availability: Full-time availability is a must.
- Teaching Expertise: Proficiency in teaching IELTS, Grammar, Speaking, Vocabulary, Writing, Presentations and Kids’ English.
- Diverse Teaching: Ability to conduct classes for both Kids and Adults.
- Ed-Tech Proficiency: Should be adept at utilizing educational technology for online classes.
- English Medium Background: Female candidates with English Medium Background (with the above mentioned qualities) will be given preference.
- CELTA/ELT/TESOL Certified/Native English Speakers: Will be given preference.
- IELTS Score: A minimum band score of 6.5 or above is required.
- Multi-Tasking: Preferred candidates will require to do multi-tasking (Counselling, Consulting, Writing Materials, Conducting Live Classes, Doing Public Relations, Calling, Anchoring, Radio Jockeying, Podcasting, and so on)
