- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards and curriculum requirements.
- Successfully reaches all scholars by skillfully differentiating and scaffolding

- Lessons entail a variety of materials to address learner variability.
- Seeks out effective teaching ideas from colleagues, workshops, and other sources and implements them well.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess and evaluate student performance and progress.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in professional development activities and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
- Support the school's mission and values through effective teaching practices.
