• Masters with Honors in English/Physics/Islamic Studies

• Skills Required: Both teaching and administration.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in an English Medium School.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.

• A thorough understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy.

• A commitment to the Islamic ethos of the school.

• High level of proficiency in English both verbal & written is essential.

• Trained in Cambridge International examinations will get preference.

• Good knowledge of class controlling and students dealing is essentially required.

• Training on teaching methodology will be added advantage.

• Preference will be given on who are expert in Cambridge University curriculum.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal and Vice Principal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school.

• Help implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.

• Assist in monitoring the academic performance of the students and supporting teachers in achieving academic excellence.

• Work with teachers to create and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.

• Support teachers in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Help with the recruitment, orientation, and professional development of teachers.

• Work with the administrative team to manage budgets, resources, and facilities.

• Assist in maintaining effective communication between the school and parents, community members, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure that the school is adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Help promote the vision and mission of Park International School & College.

• Prepare lesson plan, lecture materials and actively in developing Curriculum.

• Provide guidance and support to teacher’s
