Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A strong understanding of the subject matter related to individual and societies.
∎ Design and develop curriculum materials and lesson plans that align with the MYP framework’s philosophy, which emphasizes active learning and problem-solving.
∎ Develop and administer formative and summative assessments that align with MYP assessment criteria and provide constructive feedback to students on their performance.
∎ Create and administer formative and summative assessments that reflect the MYP's assessment criteria, and other methods that evaluate students understanding and skills development.
∎ Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, providing additional support or enrichment opportunities as required.
∎ Collaborate with other MYP subject teachers to create interdisciplinary learning experiences that promote holistic understanding and critical thinking.
∎ Encourage and support students' participation in extracurricular activities related to individual and societies,
∎ Enthusiasm for contributing to the holistic development of students in a residential school setting.
∎ Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues, including reporting on student progress in alignment with MYP practices.
∎ Help student’s one-on-one who need extra assistance
∎ Be active in school community and events.
∎ The teacher needs to accommodate on Pledge Harbor campus located at Gazipur.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
