• Age 18 to 40 years

Master degree in relevant fields

O/A Level is preferable

Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Cambridge curriculum

Strong classroom management skills

Design and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons for the Junior Section (Grades 1–5) in alignment with the Cambridge Curriculum, ensuring instruction is appropriately differentiated to meet the learning needs of all students.

Apply a variety of teaching strategies, instructional resources, and assessment methods to support diverse learning styles and abilities.

Consistently monitor, assess, and document student progress, adapting instructional approaches to enhance individual learning outcomes.

Create and maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment that promotes respect, discipline, and active student participation.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen curriculum planning and instructional practices.

Actively participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.

Maintain clear and effective communication with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
