Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Ed / M.Ed is preferred. O'Level & A' Level background will be preferred for English Medium.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and actively involved in developing curriculum.
∎ Evaluate students' assignments and written works.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
∎ Monitor the progress of the student to counsel them and assist them to improve.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be smart & energetic.
∎ Positive attitude to children.
∎ Advanced professional training on childcare and development.
∎ Strong communication skill in English and Computer literacy is essential.
∎ Music, dance, art and other extra-curriculum skills are highly welcomed.
∎ Candidates should have a high level of English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing
∎ Applicant must have Phonics Knowledge.
∎ Ability to understand child psychology
∎ Good command both in Bangla & English
∎ Cheerful and creative personality
