∎ Plan and deliver engaging lessons for [Math/Science/English] following the curriculum guidelines.
∎ To plan and prepare lesson plans appropriately the assigned subjects
∎ To conduct assigned classes at the scheduled times
∎ To demonstrate competence in classroom instruction
∎ To implement the designated curriculum completely and in due time
∎ Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and observation.
∎ Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and behavior.
∎ To evaluate students' performances in an objective, fair and timely manner
∎ To engage students in active, hands-on, creative problem-based learning
∎ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
∎ Participate in training programs, school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
∎ To plan and implement effective classroom management practices
∎ Ensure lessons are engaging, age-appropriate, and meet the learning needs of young students.
∎ Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
∎ Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and active participation among students.
∎ Utilize modern teaching methods, tools, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
∎ Provide individual attention and support to students to enhance understanding.
