Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor degrees in Bangla / Biology is required from a recognized university.
∎ B.Ed. / M.Ed. Teaching experience from any renowned institutions will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be an expert in his/her main subject for which he/she is appointed.
∎ Carry out the instructional work assigned to him/her by the school authority.
∎ Initiate proposals for improving the standard of teaching of his/her subject.
∎ Communicate parents/guardians regarding academic results and improvement of students on parents' visiting days. Cannot build relationships with the parents for personal gains.
∎ Should speak in English within themselves and with the students.
∎ Be communicative and project him/her as a role model in front of the students based on knowledge and personality.
∎ Will take classes of other subjects besides his/her main subject assigned by the Vice-Principal/Principal.
∎ Will take extra classes assigned by Vice-Principal/Principal in absence of a teacher.
∎ Prepare lesson plan
∎ Examine answer scripts.
∎ Teachers will be responsible to carry out the Academic Activities and duties assigned by the Principal.
