Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare lesson plans and conduct classes according to the curriculum guidelines.
Develop students` critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Evaluate and assess students` performance and maintain records.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school activities.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
