Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject from a reputable and approved university/college (English, Mathematics, or Science preferred).
At least 1st division/GPA 4.0 in SSC/HSC and minimum 2nd class/CGPA 3.0 in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet).
Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Ability to manage classrooms and engage young learners.
Responsibilities & Context:
BRAC Academy is expanding, with new campuses in Dakshinkhan, Noakhali, Jashore, Chattogram, and Sylhet for the 2026 academic year.
We are looking for passionate teachers who will inspire students and contribute to growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct engaging lessons following the BRAC Academy guidelines.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
Support co-curricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and the Head Teacher for academic development.
