Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject from a reputable and approved preferred).
At least 1st division/GPA 4.0 in SSC/HSC and minimum 2nd class/CGPA 3.0 in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Ability to manage classrooms and engage young learners.

Key responsibilities:
Conduct engaging lessons following the BRAC Academy guidelines.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
Support co-curricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and Head Teacher for academic development.
