• Teach students in a fun, engaging and interesting way by learning how students learn.
• Plan and prepare/collect materials beforehand to help each student learn better. And plan how to assess students’ learning.
• Share and collaborate with other teachers to help make the school's lessons better and improve oneself.
• Ensure dos and don’ts inside and outside the classroom for students. Watch over students inside the school.
• Check, document and report on students’ school/homework, assessments and behaviour to help monitor their improvement.
• Identify and empathise with students’ needs and work with other teachers/staff to help them do well in school and solve any problems they have.
• Keep learning by going to workshops and training about teaching for self-improvement.
• Observe national days in school and take part in events that celebrate important days for students.
• Explain students’ improvement to their parents in school.
• Support the school in maintaining its environment and in preserving students’ works.
