Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

Graduation with a minimum 2nd Class/division or a minimum GPA/CGPA of 2.50 at all levels OR O & A Level with a minimum passed 05 subjects in 'O' Level and 02 subjects in 'A' Level.

Candidates having O/A Level background will be given preference. For Arabic & Islamic Studies or Dawra Hadith or Graduates of Al Azhar University and Al Medina University will be given preference.

For Hifzul Quran Hafiz from renowned Institutions, National or International awardees will be given preference.

High level of proficiency in Arabic and English (both verbal & written) is essential.

English Speaking with Correct accent is must.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor/Honors

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and actively involved in developing the curriculum.

• Evaluate students` assignments and written works.

• All academic responsibilities related to the student’s exam, parents` dealings and other duties as the position requires.

• Active participation in School events.

• Make students actively involved with ECA activities and school events.

• Work for the holistic and formal development of children.

• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.

• Writing up reports for parents on each child`s developmental progress.

• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to improve teaching skills and knowledge.

• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Ensuring that students are actually engaged in meaningful learning experiences.

• Must have effective classroom management skills and strategies.

• Giving feedback about the performance of the students and their activities to the authority.

• Observing, recording and reporting on the behavior of individual students as assigned.

• Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
