Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procure groceries, kitchen utensils, food items, vegetables and fish/meat from the local bazaar at a competitive price.
∎ Collect demand from the floors and ensure breakfast, lunch, dinner, tiffin and snacks in time.
∎ Ensure all types of cost evaluation (meal rate, number of meals, bazaar cost etc.) and maintain the register.
∎ Ensure adherence to the food budget with zero/no wastage.
∎ Supervise the canteen staff.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping/cleanliness at the canteen, kitchen & dormitory area.
∎ Ensure the canteen is re-stocked as necessary.
∎ Ensure all groceries and other food/non-food items are safely stored.
∎ Ensure hygiene of all food items.
∎ Ensure immediate action to resolve/address any complaints if arises.
∎ Provide a safe working environment for all canteen staff.
∎ Comply with all health regulations in the canteen area.
∎ Ensure tiffin distribution as per demand.
∎ Take care of all equipment and asset of the canteen.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of asset and manpower of canteen.
∎ Ensure all necessary food arrangements for special programs, e.g. sports, annual picnic, iftar program, family program etc., of the factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The candidate having experience in similar work will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
