Education:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Diploma in engineering with BSc.(ET/MT/COMT)
∎ Gentle & good behavior is expected.
∎ An SSC (Voc) background will add value.
∎ Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Browsing & Email etc.)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in the planning and budgeting of institute programs.
∎ Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate all vocational program activities.
∎ Oversee office management, including furniture, documentation, banking, and building maintenance.
∎ Organize student games, and cultural events, and manage corresponding budgets.
∎ Handle correspondence with government officials and monitor legal matters.
∎ Monitor daily financial activities and ensure proper fund utilization.
∎ Provide educational support and track student academic progress.
∎ Maintain cleanliness of facilities and ensure a satisfactory living environment for residential students.
∎ Manage staff responsibilities and performance.
∎ Establish an effective Management Information System (MIS) for monitoring and reporting.
∎ Oversee student admissions and promotional activities.
∎ Submit progress and financial reports to supervisors regularly.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two festival allowance, each equivalent to the basic salary, will be provided.
∎ Increment will be added as per the institution's policy
