Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct engaging Bangla classes using PowerPoint slides and interactive boards, ensuring the development of reading, writing, grammar, and creative expression skills in line with the school’s curriculum.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, class materials, and assessments tailored to students' levels to build strong foundations in Bangla language and literature.
∎ Evaluate and monitor student progress, maintain records, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous learning.
∎ Promote a culturally rich and respectful classroom environment, inspiring students to appreciate Bangla language, heritage, and values.
∎ Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management in curriculum development, classroom strategies, and school-wide cultural programs.
