∎ The Company planned to establish a Glassware Factory in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpa Nagar, Mirsarai-Feni. The Company got an allotment of 30 acres of Land from The Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority (BEZA) in this regard. Construction works will be started very soon.
∎ Kiam is going to hire some potential civil engineers to supervise and monitor its construction works at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpa Nagar, Mirsarai-Feni.
∎ The position is an execution and supervisory role for construction works who will help to do the think in reality.
∎ Job Location: Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Shilpa Nagar (BSMSN), Mirsarai-Feni.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Plans and Blueprints.
∎ Oversee the Project Workflow.
∎ Inspection of Construction Sites.
∎ Assist to Preparing Cost Estimates.
∎ Providing Support to the Engineering Team.
∎ Preparing Project Progress Reports.
∎ Coordinate construction engineering processes on daily basis.
∎ Identify unsafe operations & practices and report to the management.
∎ Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
∎ Provide engineering support for construction and maintenance activities.
∎ Supervise the site construction work.
∎ Ensure works and materials quality for the site.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, cost estimating knowledge, Project bidding, Project Management, quantity surveyor, Tender Preparation.
∎ Sound mathematical, scientific, and computer operating IT skills.
∎ The ability to think methodically and manage projects.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.
∎ Complete knowledge of relevant legislation.
∎ Able to work in a team environment.
∎ Capable to work under Pressure.
∎ 'SMART' reporting and communication skills.
