Job Context:
∎ This is a factory level job. The incumbent should have to stay at Factory premises with single accommodation facilities.
∎ The selected personal should have the leadership ability with the attitude to play as a team member of the MID level Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should stay at the Factory Site at Mymensingh. Single accommodation facility.
∎ Assist to apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes and production standards.
∎ Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
∎ Assist to coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
∎ Organizing teams to ensure 24-hour coverage
∎ Ability to clearly and concisely record information as per SOP
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with the procurement department for the required materials.
∎ Preparation of materials requirement and monitoring delivery, stock and consumption status.
∎ Perform additional tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2-5 years work experience in Industrial Engineering with medium flour and poultry feed factories.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Free Single accommodation facilities.Mobile bill.TA, DA.Attractive working environment with multi tasking and learning facilities.
