Job Context:
∎ Provide counselling service that inculcates the students for advanced education.
∎ Review both current and past reports about the students, in a bid to check their progress
∎ levels and also make further recommendations if need be.
∎ ? Maintain documentation for complete processing for individuals and follow up on prospective
∎ students.
∎ Corporate communication might be required on B2B basis based on the requirement.
∎ ? Provide information about various courses or programs via social media, telephone, and
∎ physical interaction as deemed necessary
∎ Serve as a guide for students when applying for scholarships and other forms of academic
∎ funding.
∎ Draft media releases, features, transcripts and translations in both Bangla and English.
∎ To assist in content development for Corporate Brochures, Audio Visuals etc.
∎ To develop content for all official digital platforms.
∎ ? Maintain a coordinated communication channel amongst the company`s various partners.
∎ Work with ad agencies and/or educational firms, especially in Bangladesh, Malaysia and India.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ At least two (2) years of (uninterrupted) working experience in relevant fields.
∎ Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills) is highly required for an education
∎ counselor to have to be good on the job.
∎ ? Must be smart, presentable, organized and punctual.
∎ Patience should be a virtue worn at all times by individuals who work as education counselors.
∎ Female are encouraged to apply.
∎ Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times is of great importance
∎ ? Excellent writing and verbal skills in both Bangla and English;
∎ Preferred knowledge of Excel Sheet, Bangla typing, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and HTML;
∎ A team player and must acquire excellent interpersonal communication skills for dealing with
∎ both internal and external stakeholders;
∎ Adaptive to new technology related to communications;
∎ Should be able to organise and attend the events which might take place in the evening or
∎ during weekends.
