Responsibilities & Context:
∎ •Work on international admission through the University Online Portal
∎ •Guide students in choosing countries, universities, and programs.
∎ •Offer customers professional advice and counselling on immigration to Australia and educational options.
∎ •Review visa application documents, ensuring compliance with the latest visa regulations for Australia, New Zealand, USA and the UK.
∎ • Help immigrants and students with university choices, visa requirements, and application procedures.
∎ • Oversee and guide a group of people to guarantee excellent customer service and output.
∎ • Work together with customers to evaluate their objectives and offer tailored suggestions.
∎ • Assure effective communication between clients and pertinent parties.
∎ • Keep abreast with the most recent laws and rules pertaining to immigration and schooling in Australia.
