Responsibilities & Context:
- Greet and welcome clients politely as they enter the office.
- Understand clients’ basic study abroad interests (e.g. Canada, Australia, UK, etc.) and give a short primary overview. (We will give you training)
- Collect and record client details accurately (name, contact, education background, etc.).
- Participate in company promotional videos as a presenter or representative when required.
- Maintain appointment schedules for counselors and ensure clients meet the right person.
- Handle phone calls & provide basic information.
- Maintain client visit logs and ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent client experience from entry to exit.
Probation Period: 6 Months
