Job Context:
∎ We are searching a strategic business development adviser to launch a new venture in manufacturing bags and shoes in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To formulate business strategies and action plan to maximize market share and revenue of the company.
∎ To build and lead an effective and cohesive team of the company.
∎ To improve the operational systems, processes & policies in support of organizations mission and drive the factory operations towards growth.
∎ To make the total organizational structure along with manpower requirement and all other logistical aspects for required support to the company operations.
∎ Any other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ One should have vast experience in establishing the venture from start to finish.
∎ In addition to, marketing and excellent communications skills which will connect us with renowned buyers to establishing business with them.

Salary: Negotiable
