Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing the timely receipt of material/items at stores, ensuring proper storage and maintaining inventory.
∎ Prepare stock statements in the store on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis and submit it to the relevant Authority.
∎ Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items.
∎ Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
∎ To ensure effective and continuous control over stocking and under stocking through review physical inventories periodically.
∎ Maintain stock and consumption records.
∎ Liaison with the central store.
∎ Preserve necessary documents.
∎ To protect and safeguard material items from pilferage, theft, fire and others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability work under pressure.
∎ Must be honest, sincere and hardworking.
∎ Should have knowledge of store records.
