∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Previous experience in stock management or inventory control, preferably in a retail or grocery environment.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily stock management and inventory control processes.
∎ Ensure proper stock levels are maintained across all product categories.
∎ Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
∎ Collaborate with purchasing teams to forecast demand and place orders.
∎ Implement efficient stocking systems and optimize product layout.
∎ Train and supervise stockroom staff to ensure best practices in handling and inventory management.
∎ Analyze inventory data to reduce stock loss and improve turnover rates.
∎ The Stock Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, managing stock replenishment processes, and ensuring that our product availability meets customer demand. This role is critical in maintaining the overall efficiency of our super shop operations.
