Responsibilities & Context:
Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
Administer basic treatments and medications under the supervision of a Medical Officer or independently.
Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain accurate health records for employees.
Assist in developing and implementing health and safety programs to promote workplace wellness.
Coordinate with hospitals or clinics in case of critical emergencies requiring advanced care.
Educate employees on health-related topics, including hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
Ensure medical equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
Comply with all legal and company-specific health and safety regulations.
