Job Responsibilities:
To ensure the high-quality care of the patients and their needs are met promptly.
To monitor, assess, and record patients` conditions and vital signs.
To administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
To provide emotional support to patients and their families.
To prepare patients for medical procedures or surgeries.
To maintain accurate, detailed patient records and charts.
To collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
To report any changes in patient conditions to physicians.
To educate patients and families on care plans, medication, and lifestyle changes.
To follow protocols for infection prevention and hygiene.
To help in managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
To maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
To provide immediate care in emergencies
To respond on emergencies and unexpected situations efficiently and calmly.
To follow the hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
To prepare and submit reports on floor operations, incidents, and patient care outcomes.
To ensure the emergency procedures are followed and staff are trained in emergency protocols.
To maintain accurate records of incidents, staff attendance, and patient care activities.
To implement and monitor changes aimed at enhancing the quality of care and operational efficiency.
To provide support and guidance to concerned staff to foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
To execute any other duties as directed by the authority.
