Responsibilities & Context:
  • To maintain factory petty cash fund and disburse petty cash for approved expenses and keep proper records.

  • To prepare petty cash statements and ensure timely replenishment.

  • To verify supplier bills against PO, GRN, and delivery records.

  • To ensure accuracy and approval of all supplier invoices.

  • To prepare payment requisitions and coordinate with HO for payment processing.

  • To maintain detailed records of workers' names, staff IDs, and salaries for accurate payroll processing.

  • To analyze labor costs and staff welfare expenses and allocate them based on production quantity, considering both shift-wise and product SKU-wise metrics.

  • To collaborate with the Engineering Department to collect utility consumption reports.

  • To calculate utility costs according to production quantity, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.

  • To conduct regular audits to reconcile consumption figures with closing stock, identifying any discrepancies.

  • To calculate the actual gain or loss resulting from raw material and packaging material consumption.

  • To assist in the allocation and posting of costs in the accounting system.

  • To collaborate with relevant stakeholders to coordinate budget preparation.

  • To monitor and update the inventory of factory fixed assets.

  • To ensure accurate valuation, depreciation, and maintenance of fixed assets records.
