Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure daily routine inspection at plant, machineries, electric apparatuses and reporting duly.
Ensure & increase schedule, preventive maintenance to increase system reliability.
Ensure quality repairing, servicing, calibrating, regulating, fine-tuning, testing machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of electrical or electronic principles.
Ensure quality works during grade change (Heating Unit & Glue unit) as reduce changing time.
To participant the all over works of grade change (Gear, Unit & Format change).
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices for smooth control.
Ensure smooth operation of sub-station, machine, compressor, generator & energy meter.
To maintain schedule run hours in log sheet of sub-station, machine, compressor & generator.
Participation to install upcoming new machineries as required management schedule.
